The houses have kitchen and bathroom and one or two bedrooms with double bed. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Rent bikes locally for a fee.

You can book flights to Murcia (30 km) or Alicante (70km), the earlier the cheaper.

YOGA IN MEDITERRANEAN ATMOSPHERE ON THE FINCA DOÑA SOFIA MARIA!

Enjoy the peace and the Mediterranean flair of this idyllic finca. Like a small Spanish village, the sprawling finca complex extends over the outskirts of San Pedro del Pinatar in the Murcia region of southern Spain. The heart of the finca is the 4,000 m² Mediterranean garden with lush vegetation, small dreamy paths and many cozy places that invite you to linger. Cooling promises the swimming pool with beautiful sun terraces.

CERTIFIED YOGA AND RELAXATION COURSE 2018 IN SPAIN

Registrations until May 10, 2019 (additional bookings are possible with free seats).

ACCOMMODATION:

The bookings are to be organized directly with the finca.

The finca cottages are furnished for self-catering.

For shopping, 365 days a year, we have the Centro Comercial DOS MARES and Pinatar Park about 1 km away.

Every Monday there is a weekly market in San Pedro.

There you can stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables from the Huerta of Murcia.

COURSES OFFERED:

In the morning and in the evening 10 yoga and relaxation sessions of 90 minutes each

The course is certified by the health insurance companies and thus reimbursable (Hatha Yoga Intensive; Course ID: follows)

The journey is suitable for beginners and advanced beginners. Each participant will be guided through the days according to their individual needs.

Towels and bed linen are provided. We have yoga mats on site, but you can also bring your own mat.

DAY DESIGN:

There is plenty of room to do the rest of the day yourself:

Unwind at the pool, on-site exercise and spa services or self-organized excursions. Bicycles can be rented on site.

Flight:

Outward journey and flights are individually booked from each participant to Murcia ( approx. 30 km)

or Alicante (about 70 km).

For the arrival and departure  the booking of a rental car is recommended to be mobile during the trip.
