If you’re looking for a comfortable, functional, and cozy place near the sea, Casa Catalina is your ideal choice. This charming ground-floor home, approximately 80 m² in size, is designed to enjoy the good weather, tranquility, and the company of your loved ones – pets included! 🐾

🛋️ Smart and Cozy Layout:
Versatile living room with two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m), perfect as a relaxation area or extra bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen-dining area: fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and glassware for 4 people.

Double bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed (two single mattresses of 0.80 x 2.00 m), ideal for couples.

Bathroom with shower and interior patio – practical and functional.

SMART TV and satellite dish so you won’t miss your favorite shows and movies.

Air conditioning to keep the perfect temperature all year round.

🌞 Terrace and Private Outdoor Space:
In front of the house, you’ll find a terrace with outdoor furniture – ideal for sunny breakfasts, peaceful reading, or enjoying dinner under the stars.

🐶 Fully Pet Friendly:
Casa Catalina is pet friendly and fully fenced, with a secure front gate, offering a safe environment for your furry friend.

Welcome to Finca Doña Sofía María
To make sure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly ask you to keep in mind the following house rules.

Bookings & Rates

Prices are per house, per night, VAT included.
The price covers bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and free Wi-Fi. It also includes the rental of the house and shared use of all property facilities (within scheduled hours).
Upon arrival, the full rental amount plus a €100 security deposit must be paid.
At check-in, we’ll need the ID details of all guests.
The number of guests in each house must match the number booked in advance.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out: before 12:00 PM (noon)

During Your Stay

Please leave the house and shared areas as you found them.
Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Parking

€10/day per car.
Please drive slowly (max. 5 km/h) and park only in the designated area.
After unloading your luggage, move your car to the parking zone and remember to lock the entrance gate with one full turn of the key.
Finca Doña Sofía María is not responsible for any damage or accidents in the parking areas.

Important Notes

Charging electric vehicles, scooters, or batteries using the finca’s power supply is not allowed.
No smoking inside the houses, in accordance with Law 42/2010. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Facilities are for registered guests only.
No outside visitors or parties allowed.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Air Conditioning

Close all doors and windows before switching it on.
Please turn it off when you leave the house – thank you for helping us protect the environment.

Waste & Recycling

Garbage bags can be left outside the property gate; bins are located on both sides.
Recycling is available at the Green Point, 200m to the left.

Laundry

Coin-operated washing machine: €3 per load.
Use liquid detergent only.
Opening hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Extra Beds & Baby Cots

Some houses can accommodate an extra bed: €15/person/day.
Baby cots available on request.

Barbecue

Available from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Use charcoal only, and please leave the area clean.
Keep noise levels low and always be careful with fire.

Swimming Pool

The pool is private and available to guests at their own responsibility.
Open from Easter until the end of September.
Opening hours: 11am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm

Mini-Farm

Do not enter the animal enclosures, touch, or feed the animals.
Animals may react unpredictably.
The finca is not liable for any incidents if these rules are not followed.

Playground

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Finca Doña Sofía María is not responsible for accidents.

Pets

Pets are welcome! (€30 per pet per stay, 1 pet per house).
Pets must be on a leash when outside.
Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused.
Dangerous breed dogs must wear a muzzle.
Please clean up after your pet.
